Incredible customer service and amazing shop! I ordered my mom flowers for Mother's Day, and right after my order The Flower Basket called me to confirm that I was okay if the bouquet they delivered looked a bit different than the photo online given difficulties sourcing some flowers due to COVID. I said yes and they delivered a Mother's Day bouquet, which my mom liked but they flowers died the next day. So my mom called to let them know and they explained further unexpected sourcing/shipping difficulties on the popular weekend (totally understandable!) and offered to send her a replacement bouquet. The new bouquet is absolutely GORGEOUS and my mom is thrilled. In such challenging times it is great to support a local business that is going above and beyond to make customers happy. Highly recommend this shop!!!

An absolutely stunning, gorgeous bouquet sent to my sister after her surgery. It was absolutely gorgeous and everything in it was so fresh. Will definitely order from The Flower Basket again!

Ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary to be delivered to my wife on the anniversary date, which is Wednesday, April 17. I paid $9 for the delivery plus the expensive flowers for them to show up yesterday, April 11, on a Thursday, which ruined the surprise for my wife. Not sure how a reputable flower shop that delivers daily doesn’t read the information. I called to complain and couldn’t get a manager on the phone. I was just told “Sorry. We will do better next time.” Just a fore warning for anyone interested in this flower shop. Hopefully your surprise wont be ruined. Updated: The flowers were beautiful, and the shop certainly took care of my wife for the misunderstanding. She is happy. Thank you.

My sisters and I ordered a flower arrangement for our family and it was exactly what we were hoping for. I worked with Jennifer directly and when I mentioned what we wanted, she knew just what flowers to add and how to arrange the most gorgeous bouquet with so much meaning behind it. Highly recommend!

Received these flowers from my mom as a just because and I can honestly say this is my favorite bouquet I've ever received!!! How CUTE and charming is this?! And the soaps and gift baskets were so artfully done I was just screaming in joy. The bucket is so adorable I'll be using it for a pot. I'm so happy and it definitely made my day. She said she placed the order this morning at 8ish and I just got them at 11:30. Amazing!
